Welcome to the Metro Member Portal. This post reviews the process of submitting leads, referrals and tracking orders placed.
- To Submit A Lead, select “Submit Lead” on the Member Portal page on the top right of your screen.
- Select “Direct Lead” if you’re passing information directly to another member, Qualified Lead if you’ve connected the member and the referree, and Order if your member business has placed an order with another active member business.
- Select the date in which the order was placed (Invoice Paid)
- Order Amount: Please indicate the value of the transaction taken place between both member firms.
- Add a description / notes for any details pertaining to the order for your own future reference.
Notes: Member Firms who receive orders will be able to adjust / verify the value of the order.
